What the error messages mean and how you can help resolve them.
Error code and request reference
On an error you see a short explanation, an error code (e.g. XH-HTTP-404) and a request reference. Send both when asking for help – never send passwords or codes.
“The origin of the request cannot be verified”
Usually a stale form: reload the page and try again. If it repeats, check that cookies are allowed.
“Too many attempts”
A security limit: wait a few minutes and try again.
Page not found
Use the help search or the FAQ. If a link is broken, tell the operator.
